As a result of development with the innovative synthetic rubber upright protector, there is now a range of purpose designed inserts made to fit within our standard steel column guard.

The strength of the original RackDefender was through its design around the specific racking profile and, being made from synthetic rubber, the RackDefender was able to dissipate and absorb the various impact energies.

The effect of combining these strengths behind a steel, floor fixed, column guard is to produce a very strong product that provides the best racking upright protection currently available.

Unlike the budget version, this CombiGuard has a purpose made synthetic rubber insert designed to fit the racking and also to fit the profile of the columnguard.

In extreme cases following very heavy impact, the steel column guard cab be distorted but the expensive upright remains intact complete with rubber insert. Under these circumstances, the old steel guard can simply be removed and replaced on the original floor fixings – eliminating the need to repair or even re-drill the floor.
