RackDefender

The RackDefender is a purpose designed “on rack” protector which is engineered to protect against low level damage by reach trucks. It achieves this by absorbing and dissipating impact energies.

One key feature of the RackDefender is that it easily moves forward to inspect behind when you have your annual Racking Inspection. Once inspected, the RackDefender is then easy to relocate - unlike the alternative hard cased foam filled products.

RackDefenders were designed for reach truck applications which is the majority application in modern warehousing.  It is 300mm high and with a gripfast design, the RackDefender can be placed in any position on the upright and this means that wherever the problem is, so is the cure.

Every RackDefender is complete with a high visibility strip to easily show whether there has been any impact. If anything had happened, the effect shows on the visibility strip and an assessment can then be made by a suitably qualified person within your organisation.
